As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol auto industry locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the area. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our company's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any irregularities. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and/or hazards and report findings according to established procedures.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or site needs.
• Assist visitors and employees with questions or directions as required, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
