- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues.
- Support Allied Universal and site teams with routine inspections, incident documentation, and communication during medical, fire, weather, and/or other emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- A primarily driving post is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
