DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations while maintaining an armed presence that may help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues to site leadership.
- Support access control, incident reporting, and after-hours coverage for sensitive work areas, equipment spaces, and/or restricted locations in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
