What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential risks.
- Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-value asset locations, helping to support access control procedures, verify credentials, and/or report unauthorized activity.
- Support opening and closing procedures, assist with security-related incident response, and maintain a professional presence that helps to deter disruption, theft, and/or trespassing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
