Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns with professionalism, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, patients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining professional interactions with individuals entering the location.
- Document incidents, observations, patrol activities, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
