Security Officer Front Office

As a Security Officer Front Office in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post within a logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures to employees, guests, and delivery personnel.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through site-required documentation and communication channels.
- Support daily front desk operations by answering questions, directing authorized individuals, observing lobby and reception activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and professional interaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
