As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol Specialist in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer serving a leading financial institution, where you'll monitor and patrol assigned locations to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You'll conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting access control and alarm panel operations. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the financial institution location in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Observe and report activities and/or incidents, and communicate promptly with the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with emergency response activities and follow Allied Universal protocols during incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrol logs as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
  • Remain alert to surroundings and report any suspicious behavior or conditions that may impact the security-related interests of the financial institution location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
