Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a utilities location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support a caring, reliable team by delivering strong customer service, clear communication, and responsive assistance while acting with integrity in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support access control procedures for employees, contractors, and authorized visitors.
- Communicate with site personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal teams regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters as they arise.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
