As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Driver Desk Communications in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and exceptional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture while working with integrity and teamwork to help maintain a secure environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and financial institution policies at a front desk location.
- Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining entry records as directed.
- Answer phones, provide general directions, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and emergency responders.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Have three or more years of experience as military police, a corrections officer, an armed guard, or a certified law enforcement graduate.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
