As a Security Officer Spanish Language Patrol in ORLANDO, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support access awareness and respond to site needs with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
- Monitor access points and observe onsite activity to help support authorized entry, visitor processing, and adherence to location rules and expectations.
- Assist with routine inspections of doors, gates, alarms, lighting, and other assigned areas, reporting maintenance, security-related, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate contact.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is required.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
