As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, maintaining a secure environment and helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to individuals at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and/or security-related hazards, promptly reporting and documenting incidents as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters.
• Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with the flow of authorized personnel and visitors.
• Remain alert and observant while on patrol, contributing to a secure environment for all occupants and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
