Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Peebles, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents, while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. This is a driving position, so meeting our driver policy requirements is essential. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
• Assist in emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and exterior areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to help maintain order at the location.
• Assist with access control measures, verifying credentials and/or authorizations as required by site policy.
• Document incidents and observations in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
