Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. By conducting routine patrols and remaining visible, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the utilities location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities and/or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
