Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining high visibility to help to deter incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate security-related communications and activities from a central dispatch location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing guidance and support to on-site personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.
• Communicate with site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as appropriate based on the situation.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures while carrying out dispatch duties.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by assisting with inquiries and relaying important information.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site activities through surveillance systems and communication channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
