As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol - Access Control in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include managing visitor access, monitoring entry points, and providing courteous assistance to everyone who enters the premises. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting security-related protocols and procedures. By remaining alert and attentive, you will help to deter potential incidents and contribute to a positive experience for tenants and guests alike. Pay Rate: $20.81 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access control systems and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to front desk operations and security-related matters.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor check-ins and check-outs, and/or incident reports as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with property management, Allied Universal supervisors, and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and/or concerns from building occupants and visitors.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
