As a Security Officer Patrol Navigator in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support residents, staff, and visitors while working with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, common areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access to the location by observing visitor activity, assisting with sign-in practices when applicable, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contact.
- Support a respectful residential environment by communicating professionally with residents and staff, addressing routine concerns, and documenting security-related events in a clear and timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
