Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence on site. You will conduct regular patrols and interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations and/or emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, taking note of any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to help to deter potential issues and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences according to site guidelines.
• Work in varying environments and conditions, adapting to the specific needs of the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
