Security Professional - Armed Patrol - Full Time

As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol - Full Time in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal assigned to a financial institution, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the location to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all visitors and employees. This armed role requires you to stay visible and approachable, providing outstanding customer service while responding to potential concerns. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients and visitors at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing armed response protocols as required by the post profile.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols inside the business premises and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter potential threats and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Complete written reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
