As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail or mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and tenants. You will conduct regular patrols, stay visible throughout assigned areas, and respond to various situations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at retail and mall locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report on activities or incidents that may impact the property or individuals, documenting findings as required by Allied Universal policies.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors as needed.
• Support emergency response activities as required by the location and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide visible security-related support to help to deter potential issues within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
