Security Officer Part Time Driver Patrol

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and support access and other security-related activities while remaining visible to help deter incidents. DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 12:00 PMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report policy violations, hazards, and maintenance issues according to site protocol.
- Support access control, badge checks, and inspection processes while maintaining detailed logs, incident reports, and other required records for the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
