Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver - Swing Shift Job in Prineville, Oregon

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver - Swing Shift in Prineville, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout technology campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns through established communication channels.
- Assist with monitoring alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, and report maintenance or operational issues to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
