As this is a driving post, you must have a valid driver's license in the state where you work. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare location.
• Manage access control by verifying identification and authorization of individuals entering the premises.
• Monitor the entrance area and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and directions from site leadership.
• Communicate clearly with clients, staff, and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or General Education Development certificate is required as specified by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
