What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, answering phones as assigned, and supporting a professional lobby experience.
• Manage visitor processing by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, maintaining visitor logs, and notifying hosts of arrivals.
• Support access control by monitoring entry points near the reception area, helping to deter unauthorized entry, and escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Monitor security-related systems as assigned, including cameras, alarms, and intercoms, and communicate observed issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and building notifications.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and shift activity using approved reporting tools and site documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with building management, onsite personnel, and emergency responders during incidents, following post orders and communication protocols.
• Maintain awareness of restricted areas and confidentiality expectations common to financial services environments, sharing information only on a need-to-know basis.
• Support package and delivery procedures at the front desk, including logging deliveries, notifying recipients, and following site-specific screening requirements when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
