As a Security Officer - Front Desk Banking in Purchase, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a financial institution setting, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, monitoring access, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Assist with visitor registration and direct guests and employees as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site-specific policies.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts regarding any security-related concerns or emergencies.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, which may include assisting with evacuations or other site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
