Mobile Patrol Driver - Financial Facility Job in Queens Village, New York

As a Mobile Patrol Driver - Financial Facility, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and other stakeholders at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence and protecting confidential information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
