Security Officer Part Time Patrol Support

In this unarmed role, you will help monitor assigned areas, report unusual activity, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

DayTimeTue05:00 AM - 09:00 AMThur02:00 AM - 10:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle activity to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to location rules and shipping/receiving procedures.
- Prepare reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and other security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
