You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, control access points, and document activities with clear, professional reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Control access at entrances and designated checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes and directing authorized personnel and/or deliveries to the proper locations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras and communications systems, reporting unusual activity and escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports and shift documentation with accurate details and timely notifications to supervisors and/or client contacts.
• Perform vehicle and/or pedestrian screening as directed by site policies, including monitoring restricted areas and maintaining post orders compliance.
• Provide assistance with emergency procedures such as evacuations, severe weather protocols and/or medical response coordination as instructed by site guidelines.
• Interact with employees, contractors and visitors in a professional manner while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft and/or property damage through high-visibility presence.
• Support protection of controlled information and regulated areas by following confidentiality requirements and reporting potential compliance issues through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
