- Annual salary is $90,000
The Global Service Delivery Manager, Corporate Security is responsible for driving global consistency, quality assurance, and operational performance across the company’s security program. This role oversees guard force standards, GSOC performance, and security vendor governance to ensure effective, high-quality service delivery across all global locations. The position partners with regional providers and internal stakeholders to strengthen security operations, improve performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and maintain global security standards, operating procedures, and quality assurance programs
- Oversee guard force performance, including staffing models, training compliance, and service delivery standards
- Manage global security vendor relationships, including SLAs, performance reviews, audits, and corrective actions
- Monitor and improve GSOC operational performance, processes, and reporting requirements
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and audit programs
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support security projects, technology deployments, and policy implementation efforts
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders to improve recruitment, retention, and training of security personnel
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on program performance
- Conduct domestic and international site assessments and vendor evaluations to ensure compliance and quality

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field required
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate security, global security operations, or security program management
- 5+ years of experience in security vendor management, guard force oversight, or GSOC operations
- Demonstrated experience working in a global, multi-site enterprise environment
- Experience developing and managing KPIs, audits, and operational performance programs
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Global security operations expertise, including GSOC environments, guard force management, and operational security best practices
- Strong foundation in security standards, risk management, and enterprise-level operational frameworks
- Vendor governance experience, including SLAs, performance management, and third-party relationship oversight
- Design and execution of quality assurance programs, operational audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including KPI development, dashboards, and executive-level insights
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across global teams and business units, often without direct authority
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leadership and partners
- Complex problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced, global environments with competing priorities
- High integrity, discretion, and strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, execution, and independent work capability
