Security Officer - Healthcare Facility

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Healthcare in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, helping to deter potential threats.
• Document and report security-related incidents or concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site standards.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Interact professionally with staff, patients, and visitors, providing information and assistance as needed while representing Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
