As a Security Officer Dispatch Incident Intake in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor security-related activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to calls for service. You will help maintain an organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor and dispatch security-related personnel to alarms, service requests, incidents, and critical situations, maintaining clear communication through radios, phones, and/or dispatch systems.
- Receive, document, prioritize, and relay calls for assistance, maintenance-related concerns, and security-related incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, key and/or access-control records, and other site documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and location procedures.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and building systems as assigned, report unusual activity, and coordinate appropriate response personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least one year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
