As an Access Control Officer serving at a financial institution location, you will monitor entry points, check credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities within the premises of a financial institution.
• Respond promptly and in a calm, problem-solving manner to incidents and critical situations, following emergency response protocols as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to identify and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of access control activities, incidents, and any observed irregularities as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while providing information and assistance regarding access procedures and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
