Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Richburg, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout the facility. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while staying attentive to your surroundings. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report activities and/or incidents at the assigned location as needed.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access and general information related to site security-related procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues within the premises.
• Complete all required logs and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
