As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the retail location in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with the resolution of issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the retail location.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred, as it will help in providing high-quality security-related services.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
