Security Officer Patrol Driver - Logistics Center

- Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site expectations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for associates, visitors, and/or deliveries, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
- Support operations by observing exterior and interior areas for policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues, and report findings through appropriate channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
