Security Professional - Retail Site Patrol

As a Security Professional - Retail Site Patrol in Roseville, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact regularly with visitors and tenants, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication to create a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both the interior and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Observe for and report unusual activity or potential incidents to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted behaviors.
• Assist visitors or customers with directions or general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access or activities.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Six months or more of security-related experience is required.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
