Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Royal Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this driving post, you will support residents and guests with professionalism while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity within the location, verify authorized access when required, and address questions or concerns from residents and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with enforcing community rules, reporting maintenance or property concerns, and supporting overall order throughout the location through visible presence and routine observation.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
