Allied Universal est à la recherche des Agents de Sécurité Professionnels pour rejoindre son équipe à Montreal. En tant qu'agent de sécurité, vous serez chargé d'assurer la sécurité des propriétés des clients et de leur personnel. Ce rôle implique une combinaison de service à la clientèle, d'opérations de sécurité et de conformité aux règlements. Le candidat idéal aura des compétences en communication efficaces, la capacité de gérer des situations de crise et une approche centrée sur le client.

RESPONSABILITES :
Superviser et encadrer l'équipe pendant le quart de travail
Répartir les tâches et organiser le travail quotidien
Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations
Gérer les imprévus (retards, absences, incidents)
Former et accompagner les nouveaux employés
Communiquer avec la direction et faire des rapports
Veiller au respect des procédures et des règles de sécurité
Contrôler la qualité du travail ou des produits.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 6 mois à 1 an d'expérience avérée en tant qu'agent de sécurité ou un environnement similaire.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit afin notamment de produire des rapports ou de communiquer avec des clients et différents intervenants dans les deux langues, tels que requis dans le cadre des fonctions.
- Doit passer une vérification complète des antécédents sur 5 ans et avoir un dossier de sécurité vierge.
- Compétences informatiques requises : Connaissance de base de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) pour les rapports et la documentation.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent (GED) ou expérience de travail équivalente.
- Expérience avec les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV), les systèmes de contrôle d'accès et les logiciels de surveillance d'alarme.
- Excellentes compétences d'observation et de surveillance.
- Doit posséder une licence de sécurité valide de Montréal (BSP).
- Carte de premiers soins obligatoire ( CNESST)
- Doit être autorisé à travailler au Canada jusqu'à 40 heures par semaine.
- Doit avoir au moins 18 ans.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Certificat de service à la clientele obligatoire.
