As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents at financial institution locations. Pay Rate: $29.42 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for armed personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas of the financial institution to help to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter criminal activity and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and/or patrons as needed.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as required during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active Armed Guard Card or License as required by applicable laws and/or regulations.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
