As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide high-level customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to incidents and emergencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, both inside and around the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and following established protocols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or security-related breaches.
• Follow protocols and maintain a professional security-related presence at all times, being prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents specific to aerospace and defense environments.
• Document observations and/or incidents thoroughly and promptly, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for roles located in Texas.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
