Security Officer - Industrial Patrol

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for everyone on site. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the property, and delivering top-notch customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, applying knowledge of site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting any concerns in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with site personnel to support a secure environment and address any security-related issues.
• Complete incident reports and required documentation accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
