As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling retail locations. This position requires carrying a firearm and operating a vehicle as part of your routine duties. You will remain highly visible to provide reassurance to the public, respond promptly to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Provide customer service by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism while representing Allied Universal.
• Maintain an armed presence at the location, adhering to all applicable laws and Allied Universal guidelines for armed posts.
• Observe and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary to address security-related incidents within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card or License is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions located in Texas.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
