Security Officer Part Time Weekend Patrol

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and document security-related incidents, disturbances, and/or policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal and location guidelines.
- Support daily operations by assisting with entry procedures, visitor direction, and general information requests while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
