As an unarmed patrol officer serving a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication as you interact with the public and site personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual situations.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and provide assistance as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, offering support and information when required.
• Document and report all incidents, maintenance issues, and security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
