As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Intake in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and provide exceptional customer service. You will serve as a professional, approachable presence while helping to maintain a secure environment through clear communication and attention to security-related activity. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Operate the front desk, greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials, maintain sign-in records, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Support building operations by maintaining accurate logs, receiving deliveries as directed, and communicating relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
