As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security Operations in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and guests. You will manage access, monitor security-related systems, respond to inquiries, and communicate concerns with care and integrity. What You'll Do:
- Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and supporting a welcoming visitor experience.
- Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and key or access-control records in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Monitor lobby activity and communications systems, report unusual or suspicious activity, and support security-related emergency response activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least five years of security-related experience.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
