As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting residents and guests, and responding to inquiries with outstanding customer service. By maintaining a strong presence at the front desk, you contribute to a secure environment and support the community's needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the residential location, verifying credentials and logging visitors and deliveries as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with management and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Assist with answering questions and providing information to residents and guests regarding building policies and amenities.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity through attentive monitoring of the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
