Security Officer Roving Patrols

As a Security Officer Roving Patrols in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or property-related concerns across the location.
- Support day-to-day operations at a commercial real estate location by documenting incidents, communicating with property personnel, and following Allied Universal post orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
