As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations to help create a secure environment for residents and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. Your role will be essential in supporting the community by providing assistance and responding promptly to security-related needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, respond to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any security-related concerns that arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards throughout the location and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Document all incidents, observations, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed to address security-related issues or concerns.
• Assist residents, guests, and staff by providing information, directions, and support as needed during patrols or while on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel, access control or badge, and customer service experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
