Security Officer Site Patrol

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Sanford, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will be part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that values innovation, teamwork, and integrity while making a real impact every day.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities within an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unsecured areas to help support site operations.
- Assist with observing facility conditions, following post orders, and reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
