What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, managing visitor logs and directing guests to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor and report irregular conditions using patrols, camera systems and/or access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity and support site policy compliance.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, yards, loading docks and the perimeter, noting hazards, open doors, damaged fencing and/or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disputes, medical calls and/or facility issues, and notify site contacts and/or public responders as required by post orders.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by screening inbound and outbound traffic, checking seals, documenting trailer and container numbers and coordinating truck staging per site procedures.
• Complete written and digital reports, including incident reports, daily activity logs and maintenance notifications, with clear and timely documentation for site management and Allied Universal.
• Assist with special events, deliveries, shift change activity and other high-traffic periods by providing direction, crowd management and additional access control as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
